It’s okay to be not okay

A hard one to compose for me, but I’ll give it a go anyway.

A simple message, for everyone.

It’s okay to be not okay.

A lot of us suffer in silence.

We are scared of judgement.

We are scared of losing our jobs. Our friends. Families. Things we love.

But it is okay. It is okay to be not okay.

You may have a hidden illness. You may have a hidden disability. It could be something you can’t share. It could be something private.

It is okay though. It’s okay to be not okay.

Just go and live your life. If you need help, seek it out. Remember that it is okay to do so.

We have some resources linked on the website to help you get help. However, feel free to reach out if they don’t do it for you, or you want to suggest anything else.
